Join your neighbors on Easter Sunday, as we celebrate hope, new life, and love. We’ll have three all-ages services on April 16, at 8AM, 9:30AM, and 11AM at Sunset Middle, and we'd love to see you there! We believe that everyone needs a village, and no one belongs here more than you!

We will have childcare available for all services for kids through 3 years old, and an ASL Interpreter will be at the 9:30AM service.

We have a strong vision to be the kind of church that makes a significant impact in our community, in the city of Nashville, and beyond. Because we believe in loving and serving our neighbors both locally and globally, 100% of offering collected from all three services will be donated to a clean water project overseas.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does The Village meet?
For Easter, we have three services at 8am, 9:30am, and 11am. Our regular worship gatherings are on Sunday mornings at 9am and 11am. Village Kids, our children's ministry for kids 6 weeks through 5th grade also meets during this time.

Where is The Village located? Is there a church building?
The Village currently meets at Sunset Middle School, south of Nashville at 200 Sunset Trail.

Who can be part of The Village?
The Village welcomes all people as they are. Period. One of the things we say around here is "no one belongs here more than you." This is not just a church for people who feel like they are "church people." This is a church for people who have been part of a church their entire lives, and people who've never stepped foot inside a church building. People who know a lot about God, and people who have a lot of questions about God. People who have stepped away from church, people who are hoping for something new in a church, and people who are thinking about coming back to church.

What should I wear?
The Village is a "come as you are" church. There will be people in jeans and there will be people in suits. We want you to wear whatever makes you most comfortable. Yes, even on Easter Sunday.

Where do I go when I get there?
The parking lot is directly in front of the main entrance. There will be signs and greeters stationed to help you find the main doors. When you enter the school, there will be a welcome table with people stationed there to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to grab a cup of coffee and head in to worship, which is in the gym, right inside the main entrance.

What about my kids?
We love kids and families at The Village! For Easter, we will have all-ages worship, though we have childcare for kids 3 years old and younger.  During regular services, we have Village Kids, for children ages 6 weeks through 5th grade, and they during our worship service. (Kids are also always welcome to come into our worship service with their parents.) The children's area is just to the left of the main entrance. When you enter, come to the children's check-in table and we will check you in with our sticker system so that only you may pick up your child at the end of worship. All of our children's workers are trained and have undergone a thorough background check process because the safety of your children is a high priority for us!

What is a Sunday service like?
Our worship services include a mix of music, including everything from modern worship music to hymns, led by our worship band, some time for prayer, readings from Scripture, and an engaging message. Our worship gatherings last around an hour.
